1Cancellation window

Free cancellation is available for bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a one-day rental charge as a late cancellation fee.

No-shows (failure to arrive within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time without prior notice) will result in the cancellation of the booking and may incur a fee equivalent to the full rental amount or a fixed no-show charge.

2Security deposit refunds

Security deposits (or pre-authorizations) are typically released within 14 to 21 business days after the vehicle is returned in good condition, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Any traffic fines, salik (toll) charges, or minor damages found during the post-rental inspection will be deducted from the security deposit before the remaining balance is released.

3Early returns

If you choose to return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled return date, we generally do not offer refunds for the unused period unless prior arrangements were made or in exceptional circumstances approved by management.
