Clear rules regarding booking cancellations, no-shows, and security deposit refund timelines.

1Cancellation window

Free cancellation is available for bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a one-day rental charge as a late cancellation fee.

No-shows (failure to arrive within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time without prior notice) will result in the cancellation of the booking and may incur a fee equivalent to the full rental amount or a fixed no-show charge.

2Security deposit refunds

Security deposits are processed within 24 hours of the return being approved by our finance team. The refund is issued to the original payment card via Moyasar.

Any damage charges, late-return fees, or fuel penalties found during the post-rental inspection will be deducted from the security deposit before the remaining balance is refunded.

3Early returns

If you choose to return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled return date, we generally do not offer refunds for the unused period unless prior arrangements were made or in exceptional circumstances approved by management.

4Late returns

A 4-hour grace period is allowed for late returns, counting only during the branch's official working hours. If the vehicle is returned beyond this grace period, a late-return fee is calculated using the PTA formula: (daily rate × delay hours) ÷ 24 × 2. The delay hours are counted only when the return branch is open.

For example, if your scheduled return is 12:00 and the branch operates 08:00–22:00, returning at 16:00 incurs no fee (4h grace absorbed). Returning at 18:00 results in 2 delay hours past grace, and the fee is applied accordingly.
